Battaglia's Sporting Goods

In 1975 Paul Ezbiansky and Freddy Battaglia founded Freddy Battaglia's Sporting Goods, Inc. in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The first store was originally located in a small shop on Main Avenue but has since relocated twice to house our expanding business. Battaglia's currently occupies its own building on Wyoming Avenue in downtown Scranton.

Battaglia's Sporting Goods has grown gradually over 30 years from a small family-run retail store into a renowned team dealer with a close-knit family atmosphere. We currently employ 6 full time team sales representatives with a wide array of sport specific specialties. Also at our location, we house our own embroidery, screen print, and tackle twill departments manned by a veteran staff with over 15 years experience in custom sporting good specialties.
